Mindfulness Movement Sessions:
Michelle is a Level 3 Pilates Instructor as well as a Nia White Belt graduate with many years experience in Yoga, Tai Chi and Wu Shu martial arts. Her passion for mindful movement came from a personal need keep in shape to manage a physically taxing lifestyle.
After years of experiencing the benefits of regular practice Michelle completed her Level 3 Pilates Instructor diploma in 2020 through TrainFitness, London.
In 2021 she completed her white belt Nia training and attended the 2022 Wisdom Summit through Nia Now (https://nianow.com/) to deepen the learning.
Michelle now offers private in person or online 1-1 or group Pilates or Nia classes on request.
These are tailor made to suit specific needs including menopause, overweight, limited mobility, ageing and mental health.
These sessions are suitable for all ages, body types and levels of experience.
Through awareness one learns to move in a mindful way, listening to the individual signals from your own body to improve health and wellbeing.
The focus always is the Joy of moving in your body.
