Explore Rhythms and songs from around the World including West African, Native American, Brazilian, Southern African and Middle Eastern. All rhythms are taught with a meaning and intent based on the time of year and the needs of individuals in the group. Bring and share your unique energy to this enriching and transformative weekly gathering for which I am so grateful. Suitable for all adults including young adults over the age of 16. Facilitated by an accomplished teacher with 20 years experience. Learn to play West African rhythms and songs on Djembe, bass drums and other percussive instruments in a fun and interactive way.
